After a protracted finish to “Brighter Days” we have finally got to the end of our recent summer exhibition and put it to bed. Despite the variable weather if felt like a good show all round. After a torrid year people just wanted to be out and as always we had so many lovely visitors who all seemed to appreciate the quality of the work on display as well as the spacious airy surroundings; making them feel safe and relaxed in these ongoing times of Covid. Thank you so much to everyone who visited and especially to those who purchased, both in the gallery and online. It means so much, particularly to those artists who live in Africa and rely on tourists. Your support is immeasurable and everyone, from the makers to packers; from shippers to the gallery, and our chosen charity Farm Africa, is grateful.
The gallery is now officially shut until November, although work can be bought online off our website at any time. Enjoy the end of summer and we look forward to seeing you again in the autumn.
