A huge thank you to all who supported our recent Christmas exhibition, “Jubilation!” We had superb weather and super sales for many of our artists, as well as a healthy collection for the charity Farm Africa, so thank you all very much indeed. As many of you are aware, the only blight on the fortnight was the horrible theft of our beautiful ‘gallery dog’. She was targeted as a working Springer spaniel, and we have a massive campaign to get her back, but no news yet – we live in hope. Thank you for all your help and lovely messages.
We wish you all a very happy Christmas, and peace, health and fulfillment in 2017. We open again on 25th March, when the daffodils are dancing; trees are bursting into new leaf and lambs are springing in the fields – what a joyful thought!
Jeepers the meanness of people! Dogs aren’t things you buy.
Or STEAL.
They are family, friends, the happiness in an aggravating day,
the welcome home ears flying in the wind.
Trump’s vile vibes have somehow brought the world to a horrible place
and made lies and trashed values – okay.
