Description
This red copper glaze is signature Christo Giles, although such a large piece is unusual for him. He is an Anglo-Oriental tradition trained potter who was born in Johannesburg; worked in Natal with Lindsay Scott, and now has his own studio in the Cape. He is one of the most respected new generation of South African ceramic artists.
