The urgency of “This Moment” is no more applicable than to the conservation crisis currently facing African wildlife. Suzanne Abell’s direct bronze sculpture of a fragmented, decaying elephant tusk personifies this precarious situation and our need to act now. Along with Karen Laurence-Rowe, winner of the David Shepherd Wildlife of the Year competition 2023, and many others, these artists are using their platform to highlight these critical issues, and we are delighted to have their prestigious work on this exhibition.
As well as impressive fine art, there is a wide array of functional ceramics, jewellery and craft, with many seasonal delights, available to view and purchase. The exhibition is open daily, 10am to 4pm, from 18th November to 1st December.
