Now all the tedious cleaning is done, the enjoyable job of hanging and displaying has begun. Curating each exhibition is a pure delight simply because of the wonderful art in stock. New wildlife, landscapes, abstracts and nudes, such as this feature painting by Lin Kerr, set the tone and each show grows organically from there.
Apart from paintings we have, as always, a quality assortment of sculpture, ceramics and crafts. Due to demand, we have gone big on jewellery this year, with some gorgeous new ranges of uniquely designed pieces in an array of media from ceramic and steel to silicone and silver.
The constant refrain of “if we had known you exhibited such a mixed variety of beautiful work, we would have visited a long time ago” inspired the title for this show, so we are happily inviting you to seek and see what you will find. The gallery is ideal for seasonal gifts or a personal treat; with tantalising creativity completing the rich, visual experience.
